Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). NOTE: returns are not accepted on custom orders, however, happy and satisfied customers are always a priority and should an issue arise with a custom order, every effort will be made to reach mutual satisfaction.


You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-4 business days). This doesn't include the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and there is a possibility that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact if you have any questions or concerns.

Purchases are shipped via Canada Post, and reach most Canadian and American major cities/towns within 5-10 business days, often sooner. Please note that if you are shipping to a rural area, these times may be longer. A tracking number is available for any item that is over $16 shipping cost.
